Cube XL
Cube XL is a townhouse design created for small and heavily wooded plots in Sao Paulo. Cube XL extends the standardized Cube concept to larger homes of 250 to 400 square meters. The plan can be adjusted in both directions to suit the size of the land and the position of existing trees, which are preserved. Internal walls are not structural, so interiors can be opened and arranged as two or three bedrooms. The ground floor and the top level can be configured for parking, leisure or work. A mobile application controls the cameras and the gates.
Cube XL Modern Townhouses by Beto Magalhaes was identified as an outstanding representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. Cube XL Modern Townhouses was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2020. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which celebrates exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
