Montemar
Montemar is a residential complex located in Gonio, Georgia, on the Black Sea coast. Montemar comprises three residential blocks of sixteen floors each, placed on a site of 10,000 square meters. The open spaces between the buildings are given to green planting, public squares and communal areas. Parking for 300 vehicles is included.
