Commercial units open directly to the boulevard, supporting pedestrian use and daily street life. Housing is placed on a landscaped podium that forms a shared garden. This organization separates street level functions and residential areas while maintaining visual continuity. The project proposes a balanced relationship between the boulevard and residential living.
