One Verdi Park
One Verdi Park is a mixed-use development in Bucharest, Romania. The two towers contain apartments, offices and retail spaces, with a total constructed area of 42470 square meters. The structure is made of reinforced concrete pillars and beams. The facade uses a ventilated system with a white fiber cement finish, and high-performance glazing improves acoustic and thermal performance. A sky garden and a retail platform connect the two towers. Green terraces and shared spaces support interaction between residents and workers.
One Verdi Park Residential Development by X Architecture & Engineering Consult was identified as a grand representation of architectural design by the A' Design Awards. One Verdi Park Residential Development earned the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2025.
