Next Collection
Next Collection is a residential complex designed in relation to the landscape of Green Cape. The building consists of three independent wings placed on a podium that holds a garden. The rooftop is used as a social area with a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool. The layout of the wings supports a clear flow between the apartments and the garden on the podium. The interior follows a minimalist approach with a nautical theme and a calm color palette. The design combines organic forms with the surrounding topography.
Next Collection Hospitality Residential by David Nikuradze has been selected as a creative illustration of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Next Collection Hospitality Residential received the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is a juried, academic and highly prestigious design recognition program that rewards excellent design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
