Splendid View
Splendid View is a group of six villas built in Linkou, Taiwan. Each villa has four and a half floors, a private elevator and a garage on the ground floor. The structure is reinforced concrete, and the site area is 975.2 square meters. The materials include low-emissivity laminated glass, Viscount White stone, Japanese wood grilles and kiln-fired wood pattern tiles. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bring daylight into the interior. Planting on the balconies and in a green corridor raises the green coverage to 40 percent.
Splendid View Residence Building by ZIZU ARKI Development and Construction has been highlighted as a creative representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Splendid View Residence Building was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2024. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that honors superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
