Royal River
Royal River is a high rise 75 meters tall residential building, located in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria. RR uses has several integrated technologies that makes it a contemporary residential building sustainable ventilation and air conditioning system, waste collection system, high speed elevators, maximized glazing for each apartment and tight structure core with compact emergency staircases that is helping a maximum usage of floor area. The facade system uses composite aluminum panels that allows it usage of freeform and easy and quick installation methods.
Royal River Residential Building by Svetoslav Stanislavov has been selected as an exceptional representation of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Royal River Residential Building earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2022. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program that honors exceptional design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
