Dajing Homestay
Dajing Homestay is a hotel built in Dajing Village, Shaoguan. The buildings face the streams and the old camphor trees, and also face the provincial highway, which makes the homestay visible and easy to reach. The buildings are arranged as an enclosed courtyard, following the basic structure of the village. Concrete, wood-like aluminum, glass and brick are used, so the new construction blends with the old village. The project covers 1914.57 square meters. The design aims to offer visitors a calm place among the mountains and forests.
Dajing Homestay Hotel by REMAC TY has been highlighted as an outstanding example of architectural design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Dajing Homestay Hotel earned the Iron A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2022. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design award which recognizes superior design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
