Shuibei International Center

Shuibei International Center is an office tower with a podium mall, located in an industrial park. The tower is 197.5 meters high and has 43 floors above ground and four basement levels. The form is inspired by bamboo, and a segmented composition unifies the different functions. Multiple sky gardens are placed along the podium and the tower, creating habitable spaces for multiple uses and exhibitions. A landscaped staircase forms an exhibition space for cultural events on the podium, and blurs the boundary between interior and exterior.

Shuibei International Center Office and Business by Aedas was recognized as an exceptional example of architectural design by the A' Design Award. Shuibei International Center Office and Business won the Golden A' Design Award in Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2021. The A' Architecture, Building and Structure Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition that celebrates outstanding design of skyscrapers, museums, residential buildings, commercial complexes, educational institutions, religious structures, infrastructure designs, landscaping projects and more.
