Bin Gu Plaza

Bin Gu Plaza demonstrates Breathing Offices provides opportunities for the users to feel in natural instead of concrete forest. The 10-story building with elementary façade, suggesting a connection/mergence for different characteristics of surroundings in this globalized city. The irregular, distorted exterior creates the various external spaces for multi-purpose usage of each level itself. The plants and self-shaded shape reduces carbon emission and mitigates urban heat.

Yunda Central Plaza

Yunda Central Plaza is a 123,031 square meters landmark. It is an office, retail and hotel destination featuring six levels of shopping anchored by two towers. The 100 meter tall W-Hotel tower sits alongside an iconic 250 meter tall tower housing a St. Regis hotel which is one of the tallest approved skyscrapers in Changsha. This development was the fifth largest twin hotel tower project in China and the second largest in central China.

Nishisando Terrace

This condominium composed of 4 lower volume three-storied houses and standing on the site near the midtown. The cedar lattice surrounding outside the building protects the privacy and avoiding restrain degradation of building body due to direct san light. Even with the simple squared plan, spiral 3D-construction made by connecting different level private garden, each room and stair hall lead to feed the volume of this building maximum. The change of facade of cedar boards and controlled proportions may let this building continue to be organic and blend with momentarily changing in the town.

A3 Advanced Architecture

The idea was to create a building which was harmoniously fit in its environment. Two elements set the architectural concept – the mountain and the city. A3 is located in the border area where these two elements overflow into one. Due to its position – in the part of Sofia where the modern and interesting buildings are, A3 is designed to be contextual and innovative. The other dominant component of the environment is the mountain, peeking into the building. The logical result from these elements is the dynamic and modern shape of the building, while its function was never harmed.

Sopoong-gil Community

‘Sopoong-gil Community’ is a barrier free local community center placed at Nowon-district, Seoul, South Korea. The architecture is mainly consist with the wheelchair ramp that extends all the way from the 1st floor to the roof top on the 3rd floor, creates community space with no boundary. With the ramp with no boundary, various activities can take place with the needs of everyone. The ramp contains flexible programs such as book shelves, rest area, galleris and extension space for performances. The ramp becomes creative and fun space for local children and community shelter for local people.

Arbor Arena

The project for the arena at CasaCor Pernambuco 2018, America’s most important collective of interior design, architecture and landscape with its anual theme of vitality in spaces, was developed by parametric design’s methodologies and conceived as a metaphor related to the tree, due to its meaningful symbolism as a natural element representational of life and the ludic aspect it brings in the memories of playful and comforting moments shared with these natural elements, that will deeply affect the experiences people will have when inside the arena.
